Ticker-Tape displays “Unable to connect to Internet”
This is caused by another software application blocking the connection port. Please email us with your computer type, connection and any firewall software that might be running.
How do I download the program?

Can I change my username?
Yes, if you would like to change your username please use the contact page and send us the old name and the new name. We will review your posts and any reports of abuse. If your account is clean we will change the username.

I would like to close my account.
Please use this link to stop your account billing, Fill in the blanks, enter your username and your account will be closed immediately. Remember, that cancellations are instant and will not be prorated for the month.
I would like to report abuse.
Please send us the name of the user, the ticker symbol and the post and we will review the abuse. If Ticker-Tape agrees, the post will be deleted and the user warned. Following the 2nd warning the user will lose all system privileges.
